An Addressable Heat Detector is designed to detect fire by sensing a rise in temperature. It uses a heat-sensitive element to respond quickly to changes in temperature and sends an alarm signal to the fire alarm control panel. The detector supports both rate-of-rise and fixed-temperature detection, making it a suitable choice for areas where smoke detectors may not be suitable. With a simple 2-wire connection and electronic addressing, it provides reliable fire detection as part of an addressable fire alarm system.
Heat Detection: Detects fire by sensing changes in temperature
Rate-of-Rise & Fixed Type: Detects a rapid rise in temperature or a fixed temperature level
Fast Temperature Response: Heat-sensitive element helps respond quickly to temperature changes
Addressable Operation: Sends the detector status and alarm signal to the fire alarm control panel
2-Wire Connection: Uses a simple non-polarized 2-wire signal
DC 24V Operation: Works on a 24V loop with a range of 18.5–26V
Low Power Use: Uses ≤0.3 mA in standby and ≤0.8 mA during an alarm
Red LED Indicator: Flashes during polling and lights up when an alarm is triggered
ABS Enclosure: Features a milky white ABS body with IP33 protection
Compact Size: Measures 100 mm × 50 mm with the base
Wide Working Range: Operates from -10°C to +50°C with up to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing
